Basic provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1.<\/strong> 1.1. For matters not regulated in these Rules and for the interpretation of these Rules, Hungarian law is governing, with special regard to the 2013. V. Act on the Civil Code (\"Ptk.\") and the 2001. CVIII. Act on electronic commerce services and certain issues related to information society services. The mandatory provisions of the relevant laws apply to the parties without special stipulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Range of products\/services available<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4. Appointment booking for personal or online consultation is possible. Payment for these can be made online or in person. The products include 0% VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.5.<\/strong> Service Provider clearly displays the name and description of the products and services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.6. <\/strong>If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider fully informs the Users about the duration of the promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.7. <\/strong>Order by clicking on the booking button, viewing the content of the basket, filling in the billing information, and paying through the Simple Pay system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.8.<\/strong> Options to correct data entry errors (e.g., adding extra products, deleting products, checking prices, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.9.<\/strong> Payment options through the Simple Pay system are either by transfer or credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.10.<\/strong> The user is obliged to settle the payment for the ordered or purchased items according to the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.11.<\/strong> According to the regulations of the 45\/2014. (II.26.) Government Decree on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, Users can withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the online ordered product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.12.<\/strong> Forums for complaint handling are the contact details of the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miscellaneous provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.13.<\/strong> The Service Provider and the User try to resolve their disputed matters amicably. For possible legal disputes related to this Regulation, which cannot be resolved by agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days, the User and the Service Provider stipulate the jurisdiction of the Gy\u0151r Court\/Court of Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
